This is where the kitchen gets its daily fresh supply of herbs, salad leaves and other ingredients for its impressive array of culinary offerings. More than hundred varieties of herbs, spices and leaves such as rosemary, lollo rosa, rocket, watercress and oregano are grown with organic practices on this cosy plot of land. There is even a room dedicated to mushroom cultivation. Our friendly gardeners will be happy to take you on a guided walk and tasting session.
